Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Lead/Agile Coach to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team on a federal program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality products
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams on value-driven delivery methodologies
• Guide Agile transformations in large enterprise or federal settings, ensuring compliance with VA standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
• Proven success in guiding Agile transformations, particularly in healthcare IT or federal environments
• Mastery of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban
• Strong experience with Agile tools like Jira and GitHub
• Bachelor's degree required
