Backend Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Backend Software Engineer to take ownership of key services and features in the backend of their product suite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs in Python/Django
• Take ownership of assigned features and services, ensuring reliability and scalability
• Work with Postgres and integrate with Snowflake for analytics workloads

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Solid experience with Python, including Django or equivalent frameworks
• Strong experience with relational databases, preferably Postgres
• Familiarity with Snowflake or other cloud data warehouses
• Comfort working in Unix/Linux environments
