BCBA Director of Family Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Family and Clinical Services - BCBA.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 teleconsultation services for parents and caregivers as well as neurodivergent professionals and their managers
• Provide guidance on behavior analytic strategies, the IEP process, and navigating workplace challenges
• Collaborate with fellow Directors on case reviews and maintain client follow-ups and documentation

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's Degree or above
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a BCBA with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Minimum 5 years of experience in conducting parent training using ABA principles
• Experience supporting neurodivergent professionals in the workplace
