Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and document them as actionable requirements
• Evaluate existing workflows, recommend optimizations, and facilitate training sessions for end-users

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a comparable discipline
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with end-to-end Salesforce implementation experience
• 5+ years working within all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle and an Agile development environment
• 5+ years' experience with Salesforce platform configuration and business analysis of software-based solutions
• Salesforce public-sector domain expertise is highly preferred
