Job Summary

A company is looking for a Process Innovation Manager to identify and drive improvements across core business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end business process analysis and recommend optimization opportunities
  • Design future-state process models aligned with business goals
  • Partner with technology teams to translate business needs into user stories and support change management efforts
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in management consulting, internal consulting, business operations, or process improvement
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field; MBA or relevant master's preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years experience using Lean Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement
