Key Responsibilities

• Implement change management strategies to drive employee adoption and maximize the value of M365 Copilot
• Utilize industry best practices to manage and deliver enterprise change initiatives
• Collaborate with client teams to develop tailored change management strategies and execution plans

Required Qualifications

• Experience or training with M365 Copilot and organizational enablement
• Experience leading technology adoption in large-scale enterprise environments
• Deep knowledge of change management domains, with certification preferred (e.g., Prosci, CCMP)
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to enhance productivity
• Comfort with adopting and integrating new AI technologies into workflows
