Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Paraprofessional Subject Matter Expert.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop resources outlining competencies for behavioral health paraprofessionals to aid in registered apprenticeship programs
• Create and deliver technical assistance content for diverse audiences in behavioral health
• Support award recipients in transitioning trainees and addressing program requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in social work or behavioral health, or a master's degree with 3-5+ years of experience
• Minimum of 3 years in behavioral health workforce development, focusing on paraprofessional training
• Expertise in evidence-based training models for behavioral health paraprofessionals
• Knowledge of peer support models and integrated behavioral health service delivery
• Experience with federal grant programs or technical assistance initiatives
