Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Technologist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the build process for new courses and learning experiences, focusing on continuous improvement
• Contribute to discussions regarding the creation and incorporation of learning objects and technologies
• Ensure quality and consistency in the application of instructional design and course updates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in instructional technology, instructional design, educational technology, or related field required; Master's Degree preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in course development or related field in higher education
• Solid knowledge of instructional design, learning theory, and multimedia design principles
• Thorough understanding of learning management systems and instructional design processes
• Experience with Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and ADA compliance related to online course delivery
