Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the learning strategy and performance management system across the organization
- Redesign the onboarding program to create a structured, scalable experience for new hires
- Build AI-powered learning journeys and frameworks that enable scalable employee development
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or People Programs
- Experience designing and scaling asynchronous or AI-enhanced learning systems
- Expertise in remote-first onboarding and adult learning science
- Experience applying AI tools for learning and development
- Ability to partner with leaders to align development with business goals
