Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Writer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary proofreader, writer, and editor for client benefits communications
  • Write or edit various communication materials, including websites, newsletters, and enrollment guides
  • Collaborate with team members to develop content ideas and manage project timelines


Required Qualifications:
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in communications, English, or journalism
  • Minimum of 8+ years of writing experience, preferably in HR and benefits communications
  • Experience producing copy for digital, print, and broadcast channels
  • Strong planning and project management skills
  • Fluency in AP style preferred
