BI Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a BI Data Analyst to support their BI & Analytics platform, Arkalytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client queues to meet SLAs and ensure timely resolution of service desk tickets
• Troubleshoot incidents and develop resolutions while maintaining communication with clients
• Assist clients with custom development requests and provide training on dashboards and SQL

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Expertise in SQL and experience with databases like Snowflake, SQLServer, or Oracle
• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
• Knowledge in Data Warehousing and BI projects
• Desire to become a subject matter expert in the platform
