Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Business Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicates with Sellers and Project Managers regarding contract documents and approvals
- Sets up projects accurately and ensures compliance with internal controls for revenue recognition
- Acts as the subject matter expert for project setup and revenue recognition processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Business-related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in project accounting within a service industry is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas
- Fluency in Spanish and English (speak, read, write)
- Knowledge of Oracle EBS and Salesforce is a plus
