A company is looking for a Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting operations, including month-end close, technical accounting decisions, and cash management strategy
• Manage tax compliance, annual audit coordination, and vendor management
• Oversee team development and prepare financial reports for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA desirable
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with at least 3 years in a management role
• Experience in nonprofit accounting and multi-revenue stream environments
• Advanced technical accounting expertise and systems leadership with Sage Intacct
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing finance teams
