Billing System Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing System Specialist (work from home Pennsylvania resident).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide backup support for Premium Billing and Dunning processes
• Review billing files and data for accuracy and process invoices for non-patient programs
• Monitor customer accounts, apply payments, and perform monthly analysis of Billing Aging reports

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required; Associate's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare required
