Biospecimen Strategy Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Biospecimen Strategy Lead - CV/Met/OaR (BSL).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic direction of biospecimen operations across a Therapeutic Area
• Provide oversight of biospecimen activities for clinical trials and shape sampling and testing plans
• Mentor and develop biospecimen management capabilities while representing the company in external scientific forums

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate, Master's, Bachelor's, Associate's degree, or High school diploma/GED in life sciences, clinical research, operations management, or a related field with relevant experience
• 2-15 years of progressively responsible experience in biospecimen operations, clinical operations, or translational sciences
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and provide strategic recommendations
• Strong knowledge of cGXPs, SOPs, and international regulatory requirements relevant to biospecimen handling
• Experience in cross-functional program management and vendor partnerships
