Scientific Communications Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scientific Communications & Research Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing scientific communications, including slide decks, posters, abstracts, and manuscripts
• Engage with cross-functional teams to align scientific messages and support publication planning
• Conduct literature reviews and analyze data to inform evaluations of early-stage assets and regulatory strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, pharmacology, immunology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 1-3 years of industry or academic research experience, preferably in biotech or pharma
• Experience analyzing scientific literature and clinical data to support research strategy
• Familiarity with the IND-enabling process and early pipeline evaluations is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with scientific databases
