Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director and AI Research Scientist in the Gen AI Studio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of behavioral science into the design of AI-enabled products and services
• Conduct research to understand AI's impact on roles and workflows, and design strategies for adoption and upskilling
• Collaborate with teams to identify and mitigate bias, ensuring ethical AI practices

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Human Factors, Organizational Behavior, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in behavioral science applied to organizational strategy and technology adoption
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
• Experience in job/work analysis and organizational design
• Strong research design and statistical analysis skills
