A company is looking for a Program Manager - Researcher.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply diverse qualitative and quantitative research methods to generate actionable user insights
• Translate product team objectives into structured research plans
• Independently execute studies such as ethnographic explorations, one-on-one interviews, concept testing, and usability testing

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience; or Master's degree with 2+ years of experience; or PhD with relevant experience
• Proficient in conducting in-depth interviews, focus groups, usability testing, and concept testing
• Hands-on experience executing primary research
• Skilled in synthesizing research findings and translating them into strategic recommendations
