Senior Molecular Genetics Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Molecular Genetics Analysis Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality control review of clinical samples and NGS data
• Analyze clinical genomics data, including variant identity and confirmation testing
• Track cases and monitor turnaround times

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Genetics or related field; Master's, PhD, MD, or MB(ASCP) preferred
• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with HGVS variant nomenclature standards
• Expertise in clinical medicine, genetics, genomics, or molecular biology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
