Team Lead, Vivarium

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Vivarium who will coordinate daily activities and support process execution within the In Vivo Research team.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily team huddles and communicate study updates
• Monitor and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure compliance with protocols
• Oversee in vivo procedures, including small animal handling, dosing, and data collection

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED
• 3 years of related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Formal training in animal handling and in vivo research procedures preferred
• Familiarity with AAALAC, IACUC, and OSHA compliance preferred
