Associate Director of R&D Sourcing

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Global R&D Sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage clinical studies as the sourcing lead and engage stakeholders to identify business requirements
• Oversee clinical study budget estimation and management during the study life cycle
• Coordinate vendor selection, contract lifecycle management, and ensure quality oversight of suppliers

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA or MS/MA degree in a related discipline with 10+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred
• Experience in managing clinical outsourcing needs and vendor performance metrics
• Strong understanding of budgeting and financial management in clinical trials
