Job Summary

A company is looking for a Usability Researcher to join their AI research team and contribute to the design and development of user-centered AI products.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative research studies such as user interviews, focus groups, and diary studies
• Design and execute surveys to gather quantitative data and complement qualitative findings
• Analyze research data to identify trends and actionable insights for product development

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in UX research with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
• Experience with user research tools like UserTesting, dscout, and Qualtrics
• A proven track record of conducting end-to-end user research for technology products
• Familiarity with delivering presentations and reports that communicate research findings effectively
