Director of Pharmacometrics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Pharmacometrics to lead and manage a team within the Quantitative Medicine Program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a Pharmacometrics team within the Quantitative Medicine Program
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement modeling and simulation strategies for drug development
• Prepare scientific summaries and reports for regulatory interactions and submissions

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (PharmD or PhD) in a relevant field
• Strong understanding of pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and pharmacology related to drug development
• Experience in drug development, clinical pharmacology, or regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
• Proficiency with quantitative software such as NONMEM, R, or similar tools
• Knowledge of FDA, EMA, and PMDA regulatory requirements
