Job Summary

A company is looking for a Front End Innovation Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a front-end innovation strategy aligned with business goals
• Identify white space opportunities and disruptive technologies for future pipelines
• Lead cross-functional teams through feasibility, prototyping, and validation stages of product concepts

Required Qualifications

• PhD (or equivalent) in relevant scientific fields such as Medicinal Chemistry or Protein Engineering
• Proven experience in AI-assisted protein/peptide design
• Experience with tools like AlphaFold and Rosetta
• Background in hair/scalp biology and cosmetic active development
• Demonstrated leadership in early research teams and technology transfer to product development
