Senior Manager of Sponsored Programs

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Sponsored Programs to oversee administrative and financial aspects of sponsored research programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential donors and plan outreach strategies
• Participate in the development of grant applications and proposals
• Train, mentor, and supervise sponsored programs staff members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
• Experience with federal grant mechanisms (e.g., NIH, DOD, NSF)
• Ability to negotiate contractual provisions with potential partners
