Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Compliance Business Partner who will manage regulatory compliance for the Research Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and audit research-related activities to ensure compliance with institutional policies and applicable laws
• Conduct annual research risk assessments and develop compliance management plans
• Assist in the preparation for external audits and provide training to the research community

Required Qualifications

• 6-9 years of applicable experience in research compliance
• Bachelor's Degree
• In-depth knowledge of federal regulations and Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
• Experience with clinical trial compliance monitoring and auditing
• Ability to interact with various stakeholders and handle confidential matters
