Senior Director of Scientific Affairs

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Scientific Affairs who wants to continue to learn in order to allow the company to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represents Scientific Affairs at strategic forums and supports the team's objectives within Pharma Services
• Interacts with commercial teams to develop project proposals and oversees project design and feasibility studies
• Provides technical leadership, mentors laboratory teams, and ensures scientific support for research collaborations and clinical trials

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Ph.D. in life, physical, or computer science or M.D. preferred; M.S. with related experience; BS in relevant sciences required
• Twelve or more years of related laboratory or technical experience
• Experience in a scientific affairs role and prior client-facing experience
• Managerial and leadership experience
• Advanced knowledge of laboratory techniques and published evidence from previous research
