UX Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Researcher, Eastern or Central Timezone preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct exploratory, generative, and evaluative user research
• Communicate insights and recommendations using various artifacts to guide product development
• Advocate for user needs and educate the team on research best practices

Required Qualifications

• Master's/Doctoral degree in behavioral research preferred
• 2+ years of experience as a user experience researcher or similar role
• Previous exposure to behavioral research methods
• Experience with mixed-method research and creating scalable research methods
• Engineering background or experience with developer tools preferred
