Senior Director Clinical Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director Clinical Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of clinical strategies and plans for assigned programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support clinical programs and achieve organizational goals
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the clinical development team and manage direct reports as needed

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or Advanced degree (e.g., PharmD, PhD) in the Life Sciences required
• A minimum of ten (10) years of pharmaceutical and/or clinical experience
• Prior experience in rare disease, otology, audiology, gene therapy, or cellular therapy is preferred
• Comprehensive understanding of the drug development and approval process
• Proven track record of successfully conducting global clinical trials and associated development activities
