Senior Director of RWD Insights

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Real-World Data Insights to lead strategies that utilize real-world data for genetic disease insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the RWD insights strategy aligned with organizational goals
• Oversee the acquisition, integration, and governance of diverse real-world data sources
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and develop communication tools for stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (PhD, MD, MPH, MS) in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Data Science, Health Economics, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in real-world data or related fields within life sciences or healthcare
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering impactful insights
• Deep understanding of healthcare data sources and regulatory requirements
• Experience with data science tools and familiarity with regulatory guidance on RWE
