Director of Nursing Research

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Nursing Research and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of content for nursing solutions, ensuring alignment with patient and nurse experiences
• Oversee the creation and revision of metrics within the National Database of Nursing Quality Indicators (NDNQI)
• Provide expert guidance in nursing research and analytics to internal teams and communicate the value of nursing products to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in nursing research and associated outcomes
• Established record of scholarly publications and presentations
• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience and 5 years of post-graduate research experience
• Doctoral degree (PhD) in Nursing, Health Services Research, or a related field required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required
