Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Scientific Director in Rheumatology within Medical Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Contributes to the development and execution of the therapeutic area strategy
• Leads medical education tactics and thought leader engagement plans
• Manages budget for assigned projects and supports clinical data generation

Required Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree (e.g., MS, PhD, MD/DO, PharmD, NP, MSN) preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant clinical, scientific/research, or industry experience required
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory guidelines related to drug approvals
• Knowledge of Medical Affairs principles and clinical trial methodology preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a team/matrix environment and influence others
