R&D HCP Engagement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an R&D HCP Engagement Center of Excellence Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute R&D wide HCP engagement activities and project manage key deliverables
• Coordinate global advisory boards, steering committees, and HCP engagement activities at congresses
• Develop and maintain Business Continuity Playbooks and contribute to operational process improvements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industry or medical affairs operations/logistics
• Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheet, Tableau, and Teams
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• Experience in driving best practices and operational excellence in a cross-functional environment
