Senior Director, Research Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Research Portfolio, Program and Collaboration Management Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement frameworks for Research Therapeutic Area and Disease Area strategy development
• Advance capabilities for managing TA project portfolios, including analytics, reviews, and resource allocation
• Lead portfolio management for Research Therapeutic Areas and ensure strategic alignment with the late-stage portfolio

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 9 years, or Bachelor's degree with 11 years of relevant experience
• 5 years of managerial experience managing people or leading teams
• Leadership experience in cross-functional drug development or business development
• Deep understanding of R&D and drug development processes
• Experience with finance, budgeting, and resource planning
