Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior/Lead Research Engineer - AI/ML- Applied AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Design methods and infrastructure to integrate applied AI capabilities into analytics and decision management platforms
• Conduct product-driven research and implement solutions in model architecture, algorithms, and data processing
• Optimize and scale training infrastructure for improved efficiency and reliability in machine learning systems

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Software Engineering managing complex projects
• 4+ years of research experience in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing
• Strong coding skills in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience with architectural patterns of large-scale ML systems and integrating AI/ML solutions
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a relevant technical field
