Modeling and Simulation Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Modeling and Simulation Scientist, Population Health Impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Test, evaluate, and implement models in MATLAB
• Generate and update figures and tables summarizing model outputs in MATLAB, R, and SAS
• Write technical reports and journal articles describing model development and outputs

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with data analysis, agent-based modeling, or system dynamics modeling
• Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret simulation models
• Excellent statistical programming skills using MATLAB, SAS, and/or R
• Experience writing and publishing peer-reviewed publications or technical reports
• M.S. or Ph.D. in a relevant scientific or quantitative field
