Job Summary
A company is looking for an Executive Director, Late Development Team Lead, Oncology.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional Late Development Teams (LDTs) to establish and execute global product strategies from proof of concept to approval
- Develop and oversee Integrated Product Development Plans (iPDPs) and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Mentor team members and promote team cohesiveness while managing project budgets, timelines, and resources
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Over 15 years of global multi-disciplinary drug development experience in the pharma/biotech industry
- Proven leadership in late-phase Solid Tumor Oncology drug development and regulatory submissions
- Experience in managing collaborations and alliances effectively
- Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) required
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a diverse, global, cross-functional environment
