A company is looking for a Senior Director - GPS Benefit-Risk Management Group Leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of benefit-risk strategies and processes across the product lifecycle
• Oversee the GPS Benefit-Risk Management group and ensure compliance with regulations and internal standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in benefit-risk management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a science or health-related field, pharmacy, or nursing
• 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical medicine, pharmacovigilance, or drug development
• Demonstrated effective people leadership
• Knowledge of global and local pharmacovigilance regulations and legislation
• Experience in Benefit-Risk and Risk Management
