Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the research team, ensuring successful technical implementation of projects
• Translate complex research concepts into actionable project plans and coordinate workflows across multiple projects
• Supervise team members, providing mentorship and ensuring adherence to quality standards and performance assessments

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, social sciences, or a related field
• 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in project management and 2 years in a supervisory role
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple project dependencies
• Strong desire to learn clinical epidemiology and health informatics
• Proven ability to ensure accuracy and quality in technical work and documentation
