Key Responsibilities
- Partner with teams to scope and lead tactical research, drive decisions, and communicate findings
- Create impactful deliverables that clearly communicate insights and recommendations
- Manage the entire research process, including planning, conducting research, and reporting
Required Qualifications
- BS or MS in Interaction Design, Cognitive Science, HCI, Anthropology, Psychology, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in user research for digital products and services
- Strong understanding of the digital product lifecycle and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Proven knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Familiarity with data collection and analysis tools such as Qualtrics and Amplitude
