Laboratory Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lab Tech III.

Key Responsibilities

• Interface with vendors and internal service organizations to address laboratory equipment service needs
• Assist R&D personnel with the selection and purchase of laboratory equipment and services
• Provide administrative support throughout the equipment lifecycle, including onboarding, maintenance, and decommissioning

Required Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience; a technical degree in Engineering or Science is preferred
• Knowledge of basic regulatory requirements, laboratory safety, and GxP
• At least 2+ years of experience with a variety of laboratory equipment
• Proficient in data entry, analysis, and presentation, particularly within Maximo, Cognos, and SAP environments
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong desire to contribute to success
