Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead UX Researcher to join their User Experience team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research studies using various methods and synthesize actionable insights for stakeholders
• Inform product strategy by connecting research findings to larger themes and coordinating multi-phase research initiatives
• Assist with participant recruitment and communicate research findings across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Research/Human Factors professional
• Thorough understanding of core user research methods such as usability testing and in-depth interviews
• Proven ability to conduct user research studies independently
• Strong qualitative analysis skills and familiarity with user research toolsets
• Experience in healthcare, health tech, or digital publishing is a major plus
