Job Summary

A company is looking for a Genealogy Project Manager to oversee data acquisition and management in the genealogy and family history market.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze genealogical datasets for completeness and relevance, and determine processing requirements
• Review and correct data for errors and inconsistencies, ensuring quality and accuracy
• Manage the digitization process of records and maintain metadata for genealogy data collections

Required Qualifications

• B.A. in Family History & Genealogy or 1-2 years of experience in genealogical research
• At least 1 year of experience in compiling historical records for genealogy projects
• Ability to learn or experience in automating tasks using regular expressions and scripting languages
• Experience in data analysis and quality assurance tasks
