Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Applied Scientist, Search & Matching.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and drive applied science initiatives focused on business impact
• Architect and deploy machine learning systems and algorithms to production
• Design and execute experiments, collecting and analyzing data to characterize products and marketing

Required Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of machine learning techniques related to search, ranking, and matching
• Experience with NLP techniques and familiarity with modern LLM designs and tools
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python
• Strong knowledge of probability and statistics, including experimental design and optimization
• Experience in technical mentorship of other applied scientists
