Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Engineer to join its Innovation Lab's Experimental Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead exploratory spikes, proofs-of-concept, and early-stage prototyping for innovative ideas
• Identify strategic opportunities in emerging technologies, particularly AI/ML
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems and share insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on AI/ML
• Experience in designing and building innovative proofs of concept and prototypes
• Expertise in Python and familiarity with frameworks like FastAPI and React
• Demonstrated curiosity for solving complex engineering problems
