Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Research Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all operational aspects of the research program, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations
• Serve as a research liaison to support educational change management initiatives and enhance the visibility of the institution
• Collaborate with Institutional Research and Analytics to support faculty research efforts and improve the student experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
• Combination of education and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education and/or experience requirement
• Experience in research operations and program management preferred
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, combining on-campus and remote work
