Biostatistics Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Biostatistics Manager, remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide statistical contributions and quality control for study design documents and protocols
• Lead the Clinical Study Team to execute clinical trials, ensuring quality data collection and alignment with study objectives
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver rigorous analysis results and maintain up-to-date statistics sections of the TMF

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Statistics/Biostatistics, or a Master's degree with 2 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience, or an Associate's degree with 8 years of experience, or a high school diploma with 10 years of experience in related fields
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or medical research
• Knowledge of statistical policies and procedures in drug development
• Experience with machine learning or real-world data analytics is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a globally dispersed team environment
