Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sponsored Programs Manager - Pre/Post Award.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead various complex research activities ensuring compliance with guidelines
• Provide guidance on pre and post award matters, including grant budgeting and contract administration
• Monitor project progress, budgetary needs, and assist in achieving research milestones

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in grants management or higher education
• Knowledge of federal agency policies and funding mechanisms, especially NIH
• Experience in developing grant budgets and managing contracts
• Proficiency in university financial systems and grant e-submission systems
