Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member of the Board of Directors - Volunteer.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador and provide leadership, governance, and oversight for the organization
• Attend at least 75% of Board meetings and serve on at least one Board committee
• Review and approve strategic plans, budgets, and material business decisions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Strong commitment to the mission of improving sepsis awareness and care
• Ability to contribute time, talent, and financial support to the organization
• Experience in governance, strategic planning, or nonprofit management
• Willingness to engage in fundraising activities
• Understanding of legal and fiduciary responsibilities of board service
