Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support the delivery of the Middle Office Migration Project, including vendor coordination and integration with systems
• Define and track KPIs for core brokerage product areas, focusing on operational efficiency and customer experience
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure successful implementation of new middle office technology

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5+ years' experience as a product manager or product owner in the securities industry, focusing on retail trading products
• Experience with middle office systems and brokerage operations
• Proficiency in using AI and LLM tools for product delivery
• Familiarity with US brokerage regulations and operational requirements
